2024: a year of success at Inspire ATA

As we reach the last few weeks of 2024, we want to take a moment and reflect on the past year. The last 12 months have been incredible for Inspire ATA, driving more growth, winning awards, and supporting learners from across the country.

Award-Winning Recognition

In July this year Inspire ATA was named winners of the Rate My Apprenticeship Best Employer Award 2024/25. This achievement came fully from apprentice reviews and are a testament of the quality of apprenticeship delivery and support learners get from Inspire ATA.

Inspire ATA’s sister company LMP Education also won Best Apprenticeship Provider showcasing the quality of teaching within the LMP Group.

Record Growth

In the past year Inspire ATA has increased its average monthly headcount of hosted apprentices from 180 to 202, marking a 12.2% growth. October was a record-breaking month, peaking at 221 hosted apprentices - the highest ever!

Enhanced Retention and Repeat Bookings

One of Inspire ATA’s key strategies is proving effective. By prioritising meaningful touchpoints - whether face-to-face or virtual calls, our Client Success Team is moving beyond emails and texts. This personalised approach has improved retention rates and provided a 30% increase in repeat bookings.

New Initiatives with Independent Training Providers (ITPs)

Inspire ATA has introduced a dedicated team to strengthen engagement with ITPs. This not only maximises their pool of suitable candidates but also enhances our ability to recruit for them directly. To further support this, we’ve reduced recruitment team caseloads, enabling better focus on vacancies, improved advert management, and timely communication. This ensures every candidate enjoys a fair and positive experience.

Driving Impact

The work done by the Inspire ATA team not only had an impact on our learners and employer partners but on the economy as a whole. In the last 12 months 229 new jobs have been created by Inspire ATA, with an economic impact of over £2 million.

2024 has been a tremendous year for Inspire ATA  and we have big plans for delivering more impact in 2025. Thank you to all that have been with us through this year and supported our work, we can’t wait for what’s to come!
